Digital Graphics Executive Recruiting (DGER) opened for business January 1, 2007. DGER specializes in personnel recruitment for wide format color inkjet printer manufacturers, ink and media companies, sign and screen printing shops, textile manufacturers, garment printers, sign accessory companies, commercial printers, application and RIP software companies, and other digital printing related areas.
DGER places up to five personnel per month. We work on a contingency fee basis only, believing that stripes must be earned and not paid for prior to work delivery (many retained search firms ask for up front payment without a guarantee of qualified candidate delivery). DGER places entry level to executive personnel in sales, service, marketing, graphic artistry, equipment operation, management , and more.
DGER has over 200 contracted clients on three continents including a list of who’s who among the above company types and Fortune 500 industry companies. We have a high rate of personnel placement longevity.
Scott Hoyt has a 30+ year wide format digital color printing history with working positions ranging from entry level to executive. National Sales Manager, Business Development Director, Business Line Team Chair, and author of wide format unit business plans. Scott has been an integral part of more than a dozen new product launches and sat on a piezo marketing development team when the print head technology was fairly new.
Scott built industry training materials, product trained 3,000+ company and distributor personnel (hands-on and presentation style), built return on investment models, and prepared side by side competitive analysis models. He is a paid industry consultant and heavily networked with sign franchises, buying groups, and 1,000’s of companies and candidates.
